At Team Cats, we want you and your feline friends to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your Team Cats product, we offer a 60-day return policy.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@teamcats.com. We'll guide you through the process and provide a return authorization.
  2. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.
  3. Condition: Items should be returned in their original condition. We understand that your cats may have tested the product, but please ensure it's clean and all parts are included.
  4. Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund. The refund will be credited to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Exceptions

Custom-made or personalized items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We'll cover the cost of return shipping and send you a replacement at no additional cost.

Cancellations
